- Unlimited correspondence via phone and email

- Library of menu cards, programs, invitations and DIY ideas
- Pre-wedding details meeting approximately 6 weeks prior to the BIG DAY to review all aspects of the ceremony and reception
- Preparation of vendor contact sheet and day-of timeline
- Distribution of timeline and follow up phone calls with all vendors week of wedding
- Coordination of rehearsal at ceremony site
- On site coordination of ceremony/reception from beginning of setup to the end of the event
- Use of emergency bridal kit
- Distribution of bouquets and pinning of boutonnieres
- Placement of all bridal items to include flutes, cake knife/server, placecards, photo frames, favors, guest book, cake stands, etc.
- Packing of all gifts and bridal items into designated car
- Coordination of bride and groom exit with sparklers, bubbles, etc.
