Day Of Coordination

Most of our brides come to us with their vision and design already in play. Our brides hire us to simply carry out their vision on their special day! Our day of coordination includes:



  • Consultation prior to booking to review details and vendors that you have booked thus far 
  • Unlimited correspondence via phone and email 
  • Vendor referrals 
  • Library of menu cards, programs, invitations and DIY ideas 
  • Pre-wedding details meeting approximately 6 weeks prior to the BIG DAY to review all aspects of the ceremony and reception 
  • Preparation of vendor contact sheet and day-of timeline 
  • Distribution of timeline and follow up phone calls with all vendors week of wedding 
  • Coordination of rehearsal at ceremony site 
  • On site coordination of ceremony/reception from beginning of setup to the end of the event 
  • Use of emergency bridal kit 
  • Distribution of bouquets and pinning of boutonnieres 
  • Placement of all bridal items to include flutes, cake knife/server, placecards, photo frames, favors, guest book, cake stands, etc. 
  • Packing of all gifts and bridal items into designated car 
  • Coordination of bride and groom exit with sparklers, bubbles, etc.
